Bluewater Compressor Services Ltd. warrants all workmanship for a three (3) month period from time of repair on routine maintenance.

Bluewater Compressor Services Ltd. warrants all workmanship for a twelve (12) month perod from time of repair on all major overhauls, field and shop.

Bluewater Compressor Services Ltd. warrants all new parts supplied by us to the extent of manufacture's warranty against defects.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Engine must be maintained in accordance with published maintenance practices.
2. Regular lub oil sampling must be preformed and analyzed by Bluewater Compressor Services Ltd.
3. Approved laboratory.  Records of analysis must be available to Bluewater Compressor Services Ltd. upon request.
4. A Bluewater Compressor Services Ltd. representative must be involved in the initial start up of the engine after the service.

ITEMS NOT INCLUDED

1. Premium and travel labour, truck mileage.
2. Any parts or components that were not fully inspected or replaced at the time of overhaul and any machining or non-genuine replacement parts which were not approved by Bluewater Compressor Services Ltd. at the time of overhaul.
3. Performance complaints (including but not limited to: low power, poor fuel economy, etc.) unless caused by failed or failing parts.
4. Fuel systems and valve adjustments.
5. Lubricating oil, antifreeze, filters, v-belts, hoses and other maintenance items replaced during any covered period unless such items are made unusable by a covered failure.
6. Labour and expenses, or hiring of special cranes, hoists or other lifting devises to facilitate engine removal.  Special transportation costs (i.e. hotshot services, airfreight charges, etc.).
7. In no event will Bluewater Compressor Services Ltd. be responsible for consequential damages or loss of production as a result of a failure during a covered period.
